You’re in control of your subscription and can make changes anytime in your customer portal.

From there, you can update your next order date, skip an order, update your address or payment details, and cancel if needed.

You can access your portal through your order emails (manage subscription link) or via your account on our website.

1. Log in to your account - go to our website and log in to your account using your email address.

2. Find your subscription - once logged in, go to the subscription section in your account to view your active subscription.

3. Make any changes you need - from there, you can update your next order date, skip an order, change your address or payment details, or cancel your subscription.

How do I manage my subscription?

Easy! You can manage everything in your subscription portal. Just log into your account on our website and head to Subscriptions (or use the Manage subscription link from one of your subscription emails).

I can’t find my subscription, what should I do?

If you checked out using a different email address, your subscription may be linked to that email.

Try:

Searching your inbox for “Recharge” or “subscription”
Logging in with any other email addresses you may have used

If you’re still stuck, contact our support team and we’ll help locate it.

How do I change the delivery frequency?

In the subscription portal, select the subscription you want to edit, then choose Delivery schedule (or Frequency) and pick your preferred delivery interval. Save your changes to confirm.

Will I get a reminder before my next order?

Yes, you’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before your next charge/shipment. You can also check upcoming dates anytime in the subscription portal. And make sure you ass our email address to your safe sender list so reminders don’t get missed.

Why can’t I make changes to my order?

If your next order is already being processed, some changes may no longer be possible. If this happens, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
