Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery:

Postage and packing is FREE on subscriptions and orders over £25.00.

Orders under £25.00 are £2.95 and will be delivered in 2 - 3 days.

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, on a weekend or over a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and prioritise the use of letterbox-friendly packaging whenever possible. So you can order your supplements and not worry about them being left unattended in doorways or at a neighbours house.

RETURNS:

Our 6 Month Money Back Guarantee aims to make choices simple for you. If you have changed your mind or realised a supplement is not the one for you, then you can return it to us for a full refund - even if the packaging is empty.

To arrange a return:

Contact our Customer Service Team at care@innopure.co.uk. Our customer Service Team will get back to you with return instructions.

Refunds will be processed with 48 hours of the item/s being returned. We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund.

*For the return of used products: Our guarantee does not extend to repeat orders of the same product.
