DESCRIPTION
Innopure Active Methylfolate contains the effective dose of 400ug per capsule which is the level advised by the Department of Health. It is recommended that women planning a baby should take Foate for at least one month before and up to three months after conception. Supplemental Folate intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus.
HOW TO USE
Take one capsule daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the stated dose.
