    bought these quite a while ago, but only started taking them the last 2 months, i didn't expect any difference, I was only taking them as I knew I wasn't getting enough Vitamin C , after about a month I noticed a huge difference in my nails, they look so much healthier and are growing really strong, before they flaked and broke so easily, I could never grow them, the difference has really surprised me and I realise how important Vitamin C is.
