Tablespoon of Flaxseeds

Half an Avocado

Small handful each of Strawberries & Blueberries 

2-3 Tablespoons of Oatmeal

200ml of Oat Milk

Note: for a sweeter tooth add a dash of honey

How to make

Add oat milk to the blender and sprinkle in the contents of capsule of COQ10 powder. Add in the rest of the ingredients to the blender along with the optional honey.
