Sea Moss, Avocado & Banana Smoothie

Prep time

  • 1 x Innopure Sea Moss & Bladderwrack capsule
  • Half of an Avocado
  • Half of a Banana
  • Oat Milk (or milk of your choice)
  • Dark Chocolate (for garnish)
  • Dash of Honey (for those with a sweet tooth)


Add milk to the blender and sprinkle in the contents of 1 x Sea Moss and Bladderwrack capsule. With a big spoon, roughly chop the banana and avocado into big chunks. Add all the ingredients to the blender along with the optional honey.

To garnish -  add some grated dark chocolate (optional)
