I still get cramp, which is one of the reasons I bought it. I think I sleep a bit better, so it has helped. I tried taking two tablets, but I then suffered from nausea, so I only take one at night.

I’m on my first packet of these, and already wake up feeling much better, level headed and ready for the day. I do feel it helps with the balancing of hormones (I’m 42). And I’m now waiting the strengthening of bones and muscle part to kick in as I workout a lot and hoped that this would help with muscle repair ….. maybe this will happen on my second purchase.
